You retain rights to your prompts and outputs where permitted by applicable law. We may process content to operate and improve the service. Platform materials remain our property or that of our licensors.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
